Sunday Night BluesWow, when was the last time I wrote a really cheerful post? Did anyone else have a pretty blah weekend? Yeah...those are no fun but I suppose we can all look forward to the rest of our weekends leading up to Christmas to be too busy to be blah. Lots to do and not much time to do it. I read a letter to the editor in our local newspaper today where the man describes how frustrating this time of year can be and how noone has any patience. How he can go to the grocery store and see that everyone is in such a rush to get this done and get that bought and get home to get other things taken care of and everyone is pushy and grouchy and just plain frustrated. He then goes on to talk about how this really is not the time to be rushing around in a mad flurry because the things we are trying to get done are meaningless in the end. The things that matter this time of year can't be bought in the store or wrapped up in a bow or cooked to perfection in the oven. Theses things help to put our minds in the moment, but the things that matter are love, family, togetherness...the things that will always be there if you really LOOK for them. Remember this.
Tomorrow Mr.JuJu leaves again for Nebraska. LittleJuJu and I will wake up at the asscrack of dawn to drive him to meet the bus and go away. WEEEEEPPPPIINNNGGGG. Nah, this trip should go fast. He will be back Wednesday and we have lots to do to keep us busy while he is away...so don't feel too bad for me. That's not to say you couldn't send presents and chocolate. Hope you all have a happy Monday. Bahahaha, yeah right!
P.S. I'd love to have a Christmas-y themed template, any ideas on how to do that without losing
